Conference Schedule
Below is the schedule of the Solstice Conference. Each location is linked to Google Maps where you will be able to easily locate the venue! For your convenience in locating rooms, we've included floor plans at the bottom of this section. If at any point during the conference you find yourself lost, please contact startatshea@bc.edu with your name and phone number so that our team can help you!
Traveling via Personal Car & Parking
If you are traveling by your own car and need parking, Boston College offers two parking garages on campus:

-
Commonwealth Avenue Garage (140 Commonwealth Avenue, Chestnut Hill, MA)
-
Beacon Street Garage (1103 House Road, Chestnut Hill)

Both parking locations are equally close to our event venues. Our entire conference will take place on Boston College campus, where every location is easily accessible by walking. It's a small yet beautiful campus that's perfect for strolling around in your free time!

If you are driving on Saturday, we recommend you park at Chestnut Hill Mall and then Uber to BC campus as no parking will be allowed on campus during Game Day.

For parking fee information, please visit BC's Visitors Parking Information site. If you are looking on the map, we will be on the Chestnut Hill Campus.
