Networking@Shea is a career fair focusing on tech companies, start-ups, and other firms participating in and around the world of entrepreneurship and innovation. As BC's primary source of entrepreneurship-related programming, the Shea Center for Entrepreneurship organizes this career fair. Attending firms may be recruiting for internships and full-time roles, but they also may attend to increase awareness of the firm at BC.
What will it look like?
Workshop: The week before Networking@Shea, we will host a workshop on best practices for networking and applications. Also, we will have a panel of BC students giving advice on how to behave in an internship, go about recruitment, and answer any questions fair attendees may have.
Fair: We want Networking@Shea to feel different than the typical career fair. While there will be booths, recruiters, and resume drops, we also want there to be opportunities for easier networking (both with firms and with students).
